I'm sure Nintendo's checking it out because they're interested, but there are more so checking it out because they don't want to be involved with a company with such a bad reputation. It would hurt them if they didn't officially do an investigation.

If this investigation takes as long as the one over Last Ninja 3 did I confidently predict a verdict that all is well some time next spring and that the factory is perfectly safe.

Or perhaps Nintendo will announce that as Chinese factories were like this in the 1980's and 1990's this factory is merely replicating the same working conditions we all remember of Chinese factories from back in the day and that even though the technology exists to improve them in 2010 such action would only spoil it for those people who experienced Chinese factories this way in the first place.

No it never worked. It's just that SKTTR was the only one good enough to beat the first level and find out

Wow Nintendo is actually conducting an investigation. I was under the impression they don't have quality control and just assume that all companies are 100% perfect and won't do a thing wrong.

If Nintendo won't do a thing to prevent broken WW/VC games from being released, then they don't have the ability to do an investigation on another company.

Ahh...I see what you've done here. yes, the C64 version worked fine. The sarcastic reference I'm making in the second part of my post is towards Nintendo's attitude to the 60hz issue, not the Last Ninja fiasco which it has, at least, finally actually acted on.

I expect the factory to be stamped with the Official Nintendo Seal of Quality anyday now, changed to look like this:

This forum needs a markup system for this sort of thing.
