Default How Many Times Have You Completed Ocarina?

So I got this idea from the last post I made in the VC General. It has become apparent to me that Ocarina of Time meets the general concensus(sp?) of the average VC forum user of being almost if not the best VC title currently. In fact I would go as far as to say that if you could put the Ocarina of Time cartridge in a syringe and inject it directly into your bloodstream most of you probably would. And so I ask you Zelda enthusiasts/addicts, how many times have you completed Ocarina? (We are using the honor system here so don't try and look better than you really are. But who would ever do that?) I'll start: Ocarina 3 times and Master Quest once.

Never. I got to the water temple and decided that I was too cool to waste my time on the game.

Haha. It's true anyone that can pull off purple velvet and a feather in their hat is way too cool for video games period. (P.S. if I had an excuse to carry a cane I wouldn't leave home without it.)

Since it came out; on the N64, UltraHLE, GC a couple of times, GC again the other week...

Conservatilvely I'd say 5 times. Never really played Master Quest though. I play OoT whenever I haven't for a while. It's the only non-arcade game I keep coming back to.

Only twice. One time when I first got it some eight or nine years ago, and once last year. Fun times.

About 10 times, and 100% (All Skulltulas and items) each time.

Master Quest only twice (I do like it slightly more though).

Yea I hear ya guys about jabu jabus belly. It's one of those temples that if you don't know the exact order of places to go it's easy to get lost or confused. Everything looks the same. Although in it's defense it is a stomach. Most of it should look the same. The mini boss can be a major pain too. I remember the first time playing it took me an hour or so of tries to beat it. Probably one of the hardest bosses in the game. For me at least.

Yes we will have to change that carcar. Any self respecting Nintendo fan should have this game completed at least once. Go get it!!!

Nope I haven't but I WILL someday, and the furthest I ot was the shadow temple and I just stopped playing (probably because I didn't do the dungeon in one go and lost track of where I was)

Actually, I've never even played the game. Didn't catch the Zelda bug until Windwaker came out. I'm still pondering whether to get it from VC or just try to get one of those GC collector's discs from ebay. The amount of money spent would be about the same if Majora's Mask was available on VC.

I've lost count of all the times I've completed it, I seem to play it through again every 2 years or so, so probably about 5 times since it came out.
