Default New Wii - updated menu screen...

For those who didn't notice, there's a Wii update out there.

Does anyone else think that clock is the tackiest thing since Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers?

Still, I suppose it could've been worse. They could've had it in Comic Sans.

can someone post an image or describe this update better. I'm at work and I'm blocked on almost all gaming web sites.

Noticed one bug with the Shop Channel. There were two Capcom categorys, one including all the Street Fighter games and one containing the other ones released by Capcom. Anyone know anything about this?

Noticed that about the Capcom titles as well. It's definitely nice to finally be able to really search the titles.

I actually like the clock. At least they made good use of some dead space.

Just a warning folks, apparantly the freeloader (That disk that allowed games from other regions to be played on a Gamecube) no longer works with this newest firmware, even the one designed to work with the Wii.

And I nearly ordered one as well =O That's a real shame though, especially since the Wii one they're supposedly making can easily be out-firmwared.

Hmm, they've resdesigned the 'view by system' page in the Shop channel to give space for more systems.
So I'd guess from the looks of it that the Neo Geo games can't be that far off.....

Well I think the update is good because I kind of wonderd why you would put the time if you can't see it so I like the clock. The wii shop chanel is better I don't really use all of the cadagores I just do it the same way I always did. But is it takeing anyone else longer to get into the shop since the update?
