New Off-Topic Forums

The regulars here may have noticed the recent changes to the organisation of the forums and the addition of the off-topic section. The reasons for these changes are, in no particular order:

1 - To prioritise the Virtual Console discussion considering that is what the board is all about, by making it top of the page and therefore the first new visitors will see.
2 - To adhere to some of the forum board members requests for more 'off-topic' forums.

I should say that these new forums are here on a trial basis. If they are used, so be it, they can stay, but if they are severely under used, I'll consider each one individually for removal.

As the community grows it may turn out that these new forums may be helpful just to help organise the off-topic discussion.

As always, constructive comments and criticism are welcome.

Sweet. I think these General Boards should be located above the others, though. That's how most forums are.
