| Lemmy Koopa | I can't wait. I really want a portable Fire Emblem game, since I love being able to play in any positition and where ever i want to play. Not to mention it's longer than radient Dawn, harder, and crazy online stuff.

| It has Wifi? Is it confirmed what kind of online play we can expect? |
| | |

| Lemmy Koopa | You can play against other players. Also you can let your friends borrow your characters when playing online, so that when they give them back to you, you earn the EXP they got when fighting.

| Lemmy Koopa | been playing lots of Radient Dawn lately. I'm not sure where I am now, but I'm on part lll, and on the chapter where you get to use Daein again. The fight before that was a close one. usually I think it's a cheap way out when they say, defend for ten turns, because I like doing the whole thing. But this time it was waaay to close to even concider trying the boss. In men, I was winning, but my Health was going down and it seams like the cmputers are actually starting to make tactics. But in the end I managed to just make it by, and went full throttel just to get some more experience. (Spoilers) Here's the surprisening part. I thought that The Laguz and Daein would end up worjing together to defete Beginion, but it turns out Daein sides with Beginion! After what they've done to Daein, I really did not think Daein would end up helping them. The new King, Prince Pelleus, it seams like he has a few screws lose. But I just hate fighting the people I've just spent so much time playing with and trying to make good, I just wonty be able to handle it if I end up killing one of em. But I think it will all work out, I just need to get through this battle. Too bad Daein sucks. I knew that when the time came and I ended up usinf the people from Daein, they'd suck, but wow. At least they were nice and gave some of the characters some really nice items, but it will still be a challenge. But that's what I've been looking for, a challenge. Anywho, I'll have to continue tomorrow.

| Banzai Bill | I just got Merlinus so I don't know who I'll use, Guy for sure, Matthew almost guarenteed, I've been feeding Rebecca kills so shes set unless her stats don't hold up. I'm on the fence with Bartre and Lowen, I'll have to see how they level up, I don't really want to drop Bartre though, Lowen's okay to drop since theres still Sain and Kent. But anyways loving it, my biggest gripe about the game is having armories and shops only in certain chapters, IE a minor one. Oh yeah and Eliwood has awesome batle animimations |

| Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon is getting some pretty bad reviews. +_+ I'm still going to get it, though. |

| Banzai Bill | Link? The only bad reviews I've seen are some troll made ones on gamefaqs |

| Lemmy Koopa | Radient Dawn is defenetly taking the number 1 Wii Game spot from Okami. These past few days the music and storyline of the game have just sucked me in completely. Not to mention the stages are getting harder and more unique as I go on. I have too much to say, so I'll just leave it at that.

| Banzai Bill | I accidentely beat 16x, I didn't know putting someone next to Fargus and ending turn would end the chapter, I only wanted to be able to finish immeadiately after I was finished with the arena, atleast I got Raven up a few levels from the arena. |

| Mega mole | I bought Fire Emblem (GBA) 2 weeks ago, despite the fact that I didn't think too much of Radiant Dawn. However, something in me changed... Maybe it has to do with the fact that I can reset my DS much faster than the Wii. Or maybe because the the GBA story is kinda stand alone and not dependent on a prequel. I'm at ch. 11 on FE GBA and had just bought FE:SS and FE:PoR to play through afterwards. I guess, what I'm trying to say is I would have never realized how good this series actually was had I not been drunk at the Gamestop looking for cheap used games. Go beer!! I mean... Yay! Fire Emblem! |

| Banzai Bill | Yeah Radiant Dawn was fairly hard, compared to the others even on easy mode. |

| Here's a short review on FE: Shadow Dragon Story: Nothing really special, but good enough to keep playing. Characters: The plot is focused on Marth. There are other charaters with bigger roles, but many of the characters have only one or two sentences in the game. (some others even less) Presentation: Graphics have improved since the gba-games, especially the maps look better. Additionally all chapters have neat artworks in their introduction. Battle scenes look good aswell. The soundtrack is not as good as in FE7:Blazing Sword (my favorite) Gameplay: No shove, No rescue, No drop, No relationship dialogs (still the support sytem seems to be in the game, it's just not visible to the player at all). Characters can switch between classes (e.g. Knight -> Cleric). But still the game is lots of fun. Other Stuff: For perfectionists the game could be annoying since it is NOT possible to get all characters through the game alive. Additionally access to hidden maps & chars. requires a certain amount of casualties. Final comment: I like the game a lot, mostly because it's really addicting. The difficulty seems rather low (you acan perma-save in battles on certain spots), which would make it a good game for FE-newbies. If you like the FE-series you will also like this one. And I'd heard how to access the side-chapters you need less than 13 or so characters alive, kinda annoying but whatever. | |

After Metroidfest I hope to go back to the FE games, especially since Shadow Dragon should be out around that time.

I justed checked a FAQ, and a lot of the supports in the Fire Emblem (GBA) take 241 to get to A-level

| Mega mole | This series is making me neurotic... I know my guys are alive, but I have to count them all before finishing a chapter. I constantly restart chapters because I think I could have done them better. I still love the series, but this is really flaring up my OCD. I need to make more headway on FE (GBA) so I can move on to SS. |

| Lemmy Koopa | Well I've finally made it to the final chapter in Radient Dawn, and boy has it been a long and tough ride. I'm at 72 hours now, with some fairly good characters. And I must say the music on this chapter is amazing, easily my favorite Fire Emblem Song ever. SPOILERS: So I'm on Rebirth 3 now, the part where you must fight off all of the dragons. The battles coming up to this point have been awesome, the Black Knight battle in perticular was sweet. It actually went of till about turn 60 before I beat him! But that was fine, it gave me a chance to get Ike, and the rest of my party up a few levels. The bad thing about it was that I used ALOT of my weapons/Items. I honestly can't even belive I beat the Knight. He was so hard. But I managed to figure out that your support bonuses still count inbetween the wall at about turn 57, so that helped. The bad thing was that I used all of Ike's recovery items. But because of the support, I managed to make stronger blows, and dodge more hits. But that alone didn't save me. It was down to Ike with 9 HP, and the Black Knight with 44 HP. I decided the only thing to do was attack and hope he'd miss. But instead, Ike got a critical, and had just enough strength to kill the Black Knight in one blow. But the Dragons are much harder. Unlike all of the other enemies I've faced so far, the Dragons pretty much always hit Tirbarn, Naesala, and Naliah, and will hit something like a 23 on them. So that kind of takes away their reliability, since if I put them up front more where there's at least 4 Dragons, there's a pretty good chance one of my guys will die. Not to mention people like Titania dies within 2 hits, so I can't really keep her more in the front of the battle anymore. It's all just brutal. But somehow I'll manage to get by. The fact that the Dragons wont attack my Dragons help, but it'd be better if my Dragons were a bit stronger. Because these Dragons were hyped up so much to be all powerfull, and it turns out I get the weak pick of the bunch. But I guess it makes sense since this is the first time in their life that the've been in battle. So yeah, I can see myself getting through the swarm of Dragons (With a lot of luck) but the Boss seams even more impossible that the Black Knight. First of all Ike can only hit maybe an 8 or so on him, while the boss can hit about a 38 on Ike. So what I'm thinking is that maybe I could use the dragons, and the Boss wont attack his children. But even then, the Dragons are alot weaker than Ike, so I can't see them being able to even hit a 1 on the boss. And even if they could, he has a skill that heals more than 14 HP to the Boss each turn. Somehow, some way i'll figure it out. END OF SPOILERS So yeah, the game has been great, hard, fun, and incredibly interesting. But after hearing what hard Mode offers, I don't know if I'll even attempt it after beating the game (If I can even beat it on Normal.)

| Lemmy Koopa | Yeah, right now I'm playing on Normal. And I figured once I beat it on Normal I'd give hard a try. But it sounds... suicide.

| Banzai Bill | Give someone Dragonfoe, maybe list some of your best characters and maybe we could help more. I beat FE yesterday, it sucked that the lords were pretty much the only characters that could harm the final boss, luckily Hector wasn't too low levelled so I managed to beat it, my Eliwood was garbage though. Heath however owned. |

I tried it once and by Chapter 2 Endgame I was in tears- BEXP is halved, the mid-battle save is disabled and worst of all, you cannot view enemy movement ranges... checking every unit via the status screen = I do, however, recommend playing a second game (easy/normal) because there are some new scenes (e.g. after the Black Knight fight, you see a different flashback) and you can recruit two characters- one of whom has crazy stats and the other, under the right conditions, unlocks an unbelievably huge (for me) revelation during the end credits. I really hope there are more Tellius games... a sequel addressing the vague ending of Radiant Dawn and a prequel that looks at the story of Ashera's Heroes- that would be amazing! -m. //

| Banzai Bill | Pretty much once you promote Guy he's almost untouchable, if he has a few supports, my Heath was also pretty much invincible although he takes a bit of favouritism, since he joins underlevelled. Hector and Oswin are also pretty unpenetrable. I'd say PoR EM is harder than the GBAs normal mode. |

| Do you like my helmet? | I don't know about that. PoR on easy is very easy. PoR normal mode is definitely more difficult than GBA normal mode though. |

But then again I trained everyone on PoR since theres so much EXP to go around on easy, on FE I just used units I planned to take all the way.
