The review doesn't say anything about cut or uncut.
Does ist contain blood or is it the "sweat"-version?

Might download this. I never played a single Metal Slug game before. Unless the gore has been cut out though.

I believe it has all the gore intact just like the anthology version, but this version will run slower if you live in Europe.

Yes. They could give us a 60Hz option since there's only a worldwide version for this game, but they just won't.
