Yeah, it does have awesome speed but if you use Stealth Rock and your opponent uses a special attack there's a good chance that you get a OHKO. Well, I guess it might work with Roar, but it is still risky IMO.

His defenses are pretty bad, so I'm not sure about Stealth Rock. I prefer using that with a Pokemon like Bronzong, but it is your choice. Mine would probably look like this:

Fire Fang/Thunder Fang
Earthquake
Rock Slide
Roar

About Foul Play, your friend might be right. I just checked Serebii on that move, because I was not familiar with it and I saw 95 base power so I assumed that it was just a powerful Dark move.

That one is decent, but I'd breed some more. If you make 3 good Pokemon I recommend trying the Battle Subway. You are awarded 3BP for 7 beats in a row. 1 Power Item only costs 16BP, so you can at least buy 1 of them to lock IVs. They also make EV training so much faster.

The Unity Tower is a place you visit after you traded with someone over Wifi. You can see which Pokemon you have traded in the past and from which country he/she is.

No, you do not need to unlock anything. It is part of the PokeCenter. Just talk to the guy in the upper right corner and click GTS. You can get a lot of useful Pokemon there. Some people are offering shinies, but they ask something rare in return though.

To get a foreign Ditto I'd recommend putting a regular Ditto on the GTS and ask for another Ditto.

Good job, man. It will make breeding so much easier. Here's another tip: If you are into shiny Pokemon make sure to snag a Japanese Ditto from the GTS. They improved the Masuda method in gen V, you now have a 6/8192 (1/1365) chance of hatching a shiny when using one foreign parent. You might get lucky and get one with good IVs. I completed the National Dex today, by the way. No reward or anything besides a colour change of the trainer card.

Not a good one. IV I'm like 95% through (gba) but haven't played it in years. V I have for gba but it's still shrink wrapped. I haven't gotten a copy of VI yet...
