Looking at Wiki the games we get is Neo Geo/Neo Geo CD.
So if its not any special emulation conditions with that game its fully possible. X your fingers.

Any N64 title could crush that game in terms of processor need. Last Blade looks great due to the hand-drawn sprites and fluid motion and not due to any special effects that could tax a system.
