Default King Of Fighters 94

Just wondering, is this game any good? I m curious because Japan got the game recently and I m slightly interested in maybe getting this (Well, being a fan of the Street Fighter games and owning Capcom Vs SNK 2 on the GC)

Yeah the games pretty good but the later editions are better and plus King of fighters 94 and 95 are very hard games.

I prefer King of Fighters 95 to this version and after King of fighters 96 the gameplay changed quite a lot 97 was a definite improvement over King of fighters 96 but my personal favourite was King of fighters 98 and to be fair after king of fighters 98 the games didn't change much fight dynamics wise but from version 94 right up to 98 there was quite a lot of game play changes,
enough to make it worth purchasing the next version of the game

KOF 94 is ok, i hope we can get this.

You're right msimplay, KOF 98 was the real jump of the saga!. Having any KOF for America would be awesome, because NEO GEO library on this side seems very poor.

For those waiting for 95, 96 and 97, theres a compalation disc coming with all 3 games.

I m starting to think the Neo Geo games that are too big for the Wii's Memory are just going to be released in a disc compalation...

So no Pulstar?
Metal Slug was out of the question for the beginning, as there is already a compilation disc available (But Classic Controller Support would be nice).

Well, if its popular enough, maybe it could be part of a "SNK Best of NeoGeo" compalation?

I don't really know much about that game, so I have no idea.

I downloaded it on a whim. I recognized a character I'd seen before (Mai Shiranui) and thought I'd give it a go. I was very impressed with KOF '94 and now I wonder where I was when they were initially coming out every year.

Would KOF '01 be too big for the Wii's memory? I hope not. That's the one I'm looking foreward to. I'd prefer to just have it on the menu than to boot up a disc.
