Just traded my Mario Party 8 for $49 toward Metroid 3 at gamestop

Just a heads up in case anyone has the opportunity to do the same and wants to take advantage of it.

Gamestop is offering $30 trade-in credit for Mario Party 8. I used my edge card, 20% trade-in bonus and $10 extra credit trade in coupon to up the value to $49.

$30 - trade-in value
$3 - edge card bonus
$6 - 20% trade-in bonus credit towards reserving a game
$10 - Extra credit coupon*

*I got this coupon in my email a couple of weeks ago offering an extra $10 trade-in credit with the trade-in of a Wii or PS3 game. If you don't have the coupon, there are scans of it floating around the internet that a lot of people have said works.

They're also offering a $30 trade-in credit for Super Paper Mario so it should work for this game as well.

Not a bad deal you got there. But Super Paper Mario and Mario Party 8 are too good to get rid of in my opinion.

Oh I'll pick it up again in the future sometime, probably after a price-drop. As it is we haven't played it in about a month and don't really have any motivation to do so soon. I still have my gamefile saved on my Wii, so no biggie.

yeah thats something i wouldnt do not even if it was for brwal. But at EB games im goning to trade in to get brwal. It may sound like a bad deal but im goning to trade in 3 sucky games and get brwal for free! I think its better to trade 3 bad games than one good game, and I can trade any games from any system. This deal also works with Metriod 3.
