Default If you HAD to cancel one - which would it be?
So South Park won the Best Mainstream Cartoon Award, as voted for by dedicated readers of the VC-Forums.

Inspired by Wychwood's comparison of the choice to Sophie's Choice...if you had to cancel one of the mainstream cartoons, which would it be.

To make it harder, I've eliminated American Dad and King of the Hill, which no one voted for!

Too easy....3 of them are the best satiric cartoons ever, the other one is just pointless fun (and without Stewie and Brian it would be just boring).

the Simpson's. it peaked a while ago. its had its big screen moment. now take it out back and shoot it before it becomes a shadow of itself.

South Park. It's been gay as hell since season 7, maybe 8.

The Family Guy 2 parter shown exactly why "FG's just jokes, they never learn anything". SP is just a kids show with rude words, they always learn a lesson.

That's not entertainment.

As for cancelling, it was a toss-up between Simpsons and Family Guy for me. As said, The Simpsons has more than run its course already, and Family Guy is for the most part just pointlessly dumb. That's why the latter won out for my vote.

It has to be Futurama for me. While I like the show, out of those choices it is defiantly my least fave
