Default Guess the next console to be added to the VC!

Same as the N64 topic, only with consoles. We know the Master System is coming, so what do you think ll get added after that?

My pick is the 32X/MegaCD getting added to the MD Libaray

I'd say the Commodore 64.

I'd say Mega CD and 32X are coming this year, since SEGA's run out of Sonic games already.

Game Gear is supposed to also come out on VC but the games will be in the Master system category.
I would say 32x is a really safe bet.. How about some Arcade games that never came out on consoles?

Technically, this is called Virtual Console because it's supposed to offer games that were intended for home use, including the conversions of certain arcades, which used to have some added content/options, or even altered stuff to make them more enjoyable when sitting in front of a TV.

Offering raw arcade experiences would contradict their plans, unless they release a "Virtual arcade".

Essentially a Japanese Master System, though there were some technical differences. The Master System was a re-designed Mark III.

I don't see why it would contradict their plans.

In the old days arcades had better technology than home consoles, they were seen as "better". Sometimes games were marketed as being "arcade like" whether they were arcade-style games or not.
