Goldeneye or Perfect Dark

Theres a simaluar thread on Nintendo Lie Forums where eveyone mentions the perfered titles of the 2 & many of them perfered Goldeneye for some reason .
Anyway im posting this thread here wondering wether its different here or not .
Anyway me myself perfered Perfect Dark .

As a bonus im going to add a poll here as you all love polls

What the hell...at least this topic isn't completely irrelevent so I'll answer with Goldeneye. Far and away the better game due it having no stupid comedy alien sidekick, no stupid alien last level and it not having a jerky almost unplayable Hi-res mode (despite both games having awful frame rates). The lack of abysmal voice acting and general famiarity of the Bond theme to the hackneyed plot made up by the sub-sixth form poetry writers at Rare also made it superior.

Plus the level of unfinished stuff that was left in Goldeneye made it so much fun.

Perfect Dark for me, since i played goldeneye on N64 and after that i saw something called perfect dark, which might be an advanced goldeneye, so bought it, and they were right, so i liked that one more

what i mostly did was playing that VS mode, just to shoot people, or simulants, and sometimes the simulants in my team and me playing around with guns and shoot their heads off

so its PD for me

wish they could release it on the VC, maybe they change their mind, that rare, doubt it, but who knows
in this world almost anything could happen... maybe except for this


ps. i do play it on emulator sometimes, and its legal, since i own an original copy of the game

It's upto Microsoft I believe who probably aren't willing to co-operate given an XBLA remake of Perfect dark is currently in development.

Apparently we'd have goldeneye on VC already but Nintendo didn't want it on XBLA too or something so nothing was able to come of this gem.

I'm a big Bond fan, so Goldeneye was my obvious choice, just for the property itself

I am a Goldeneye 007 person. Both are excellent games, but I prefer Goldeneye for it's weapon selection & level design. Sometimes I wonder if Perfect Dark did a bit too much at times.

I don't understand the following behind either game. The World is Not Enough was far better than either Goldeneye or Perfect Dark.
