GH3 Wii Guitar Port
So i was shredding some dragonforce on expert yesterday on GH3 and after i finished the song i noticed that there is a small bump underneath (Just to the side) on the GH3 controller. I opened it and there is a port, looks like one for a phone line. I looked in the manual for the guitar and saw that it is called an 'expansion port'. But whats this for? An expansion port? For what?

Was scouting trought the GH Forums and there's a rumor saying that it's for a pedal to activate Star Power with, just a rumor, but I guess they just putted it there in case they wanted to give the player opportunity to buy an extension if one gets available.
But no official plans are released for the extension port.

Why? The extension port is there on all the guitars. If I remember correctly it's been there since the first or second game, dunno though since I didn't own any of them.
