Only five more "currently playings" for me and then I'll finally get to taste the fortune cookie. Hmm, I hope it tastes of Panzer Dragoon Saga.

I see a lot of banner-making sites suggested here. Which is a good one that's easy to use? I really want a banner, dammit!

Not a site but MS Paint is easy, but lacks special effects and stuff

Paint.NET is a decent alternative to MSPaint. It's basically MSPaint with a few layering options. Great for resizing images.

If you plan on resizing a lot of game sprites (especially anything newer than 8-bit), I'd use any version of Photoshop or older versions of GIMP (newer versions don't seem to work as well on 16-bit spreads, for some reason).

This update is both a blessing and a curse. The curse being I have to beat Sonic 3D Blast.

Yeah. I was rather happy with my backlog reduced to 89 unfinished. Now it's up to 110.

Finally done updating my game list after that compilation update... it hefted about 140 new games into my list... Now it looks like I have almost 50 PS3 games instead of how many I actually have (two).

I'm almost done. I haven't had a chance yet, but I'm going to be splitting up all four Game & Watch Gallery games and all my demo disks into compilations.

I'm not gonna use the update for compilations but just for multiple versions of basically the same game...I don't want to have a high number of total games when I really own way less.

After doing this for a while I'm going to see how I feel (if it helps me knock through compilations, etc.), but I may end up going back to how I was doing things before (just a normal entry for a compilation, showing completion progress in a note).

@The people who gave me banner site suggestions. Thanks! I'll look at them later.

I'm glad they finally decided to give you the option to seperate games in collections. I'm not gonna separate all of mine though, cuz most of them consist of arcade or Atari games, which are too simplistic to separate into their own entries. I'm working on the Genesis Collection at the moment.

Does anybody know the point of stealth updates? Why update a game if you don't want anyone to see it?

Also, I finally decided on a "fest".... ZELDA-FEST!!

Say you miss-label a game as Completed or a DS game as a Wii game. If you change said game to, say, Beaten or DS, that would show up on the front page and mess with your stats. Stealth updates allow you to fix minor things without advertising.

Exactly! I know that my descriptions I've wrote for games have some typos in them and I hate to make a normal update just to fix them. So I use stealth updates now and I love this feature!

New fest! And it's not a mini one this time. I was inspired by Refa, Ouenben (Q. Ovenben), and my roommate who kept talking about RE2 last week.

Apart from resident evil I dont own many games from a single series or genre so decided (mainly because I havent finished most of them) to do a cubefest. All other consoles have been placed on the backburmer while I struggle through my cube selection.

I've also added Poison,Enignma, JellySoup and Mr Cheez as freiends on the Backlog!

Good luck finishing all your 'Cube games! Have fun! I was thinking of doing a WiiWare fest at one point, mainly because it wouldn't be too difficult to finish the ones I have.

Anyone have an explanation for this. Just been on Backloggery and for some reason the entry for "Second Sight" for GC was displaying as "My Second Sight Coach" even though when I went into edit all I saw was "Second Sight".

It's back to normal now, weird!

err...okay. I don't really get it and it was doing it at 8:00pm tonight which is technically not April fools anymore. What a very odd joke.
"My second sight coach" actually sounds like a viable DS shovelware game thought
