| It would be cool if Backloggery had a way to indicate if a person is part of a forum. By the way I read the rules for becoming a MOTW. I assumed you had to have a number of Master Runs, but it looks like they don't factor in. Thats cool because I have zero master runs Last edited by Afrancio; 27th January 2009 at 09:55 PM. |

| I only have 13... Anyway the problem is no that there isn't a real guideline as to what a master run is, because what I consider as mastered others might not. Most of my mastered games are really just games I've beaten like ten times.

| Do you like my helmet? | They do have basic guidelines. Quote:
2. Something has to be done beyond the normal scope of the game. Just being really good at the game doesn't count. That means you've completed the game and got good at it. The most common master runs are speed runs (fast times), low-levels runs (especially in RPGs), and handicap runs of other kinds (where you can't use certain things, can't do certain things, can only use certain characters/classes, etc.). No-death runs are fairly common, but in some games they may even be too easy to constitute mastery on their own. Some games are tempting to mark as mastered just because they're so damn hard or there's so much to do, but really those games are just games that have harsh Completion requirements. | |

| Do you like my helmet? | Well, that's what the site intends them to be. But don't let the site boss you around. As I've always said, the site really exists as a tool for the user, and what's important is the value the user finds in the tool. If you find value in using the site a certain way, who am I or even the site admins to "correct" you? For example, a lot of people would complain that I list non-game carts like the CycloDS or the Sega CD RAM cart, but as a tool, the site helps me organize my game collection shelf space, so that's how I choose to use it. |

| It's not the amount that I was talking about. I'm referring to the ones with "I can't lose", "I'm good at this game" or "No one can score on me". Your Super Metroid & Super Mario Bros. runs are pretty impressive, though. |

| Lakitu | For the banner in your backlog, can you insert them from the pictures folders that's in your computer, or do you have to use an image hosting site? |

| Monty Mole | I've had my Backloggery for a while now, though I still have barely anything in it. I don't even have a banner or an avatar. I would've put a link to it in my sig, but couldn't fit it cuz of the Brawler Card. I think I'll replace it though. That thing never worked right anyway. F**king Kadeem. My name is CheezMan, for those who want to know. |

| I actually just signed up for this because I was curious about what everyone else had in their sig. Its a pretty neat site. The only thing I wish was different was a unified game data base instead of just manually adding titles. Call me lazy but I get tired of copying the titles character for character. |

| Try looking through the master runs listed for any game you can think of. You'll find a whole bunch of crap and a few legitimate runs. Good way to found out what is a popular run. |

| I just joined the site more or less for the same reason as Strafos. Pretty Impressive site. Hate having to type in game titles. Oh well, now the world can see just how crappy my game collection is. Two quick n00b questions. One, how do you change your avatar? I feel like an idiot cause i can't figure out how. Two, how do you put the list in your sig? |
