| Just noticed that Backloggery updated again, what I've noticed so far: - New layout when you add/edit Games. - 5 Star Ratings. - Reviews comment box [Not implemented yet.]. |

| Time to START rating things. I waited specifically for them to change the system since it said that they would be changing it eventually. Looking forward to mini-review implementation as well. Wonder why it's there but doesn't work yet? |

| gah! i just finished re-rating all my games. while i do think 5 stars is better than 4, it was still a pain to go through them all again. when do i get time to actually play my games? |

| Banzai Bill | Just finished rating all of em. I like the 5 star system. I guess I'm real picky when it comes to handing out those 5 star ratings. |

| Do you like my helmet? | OK, so they just changed it again from the completely silly 5-star system they started using at first to a new (and if it's possible, even more ridiculous) 5-star system where 1 = bad, 2 = decent (which I read as average), and then three whole distinct ranks of good games! This makes it somewhat easy on me now, since I don't have to re-rate any of my games. All they did was add a fifth "super-awesome LOLZ!" rank above the previous highest rank. |

| 5 star ratings? ****, I was just making progress on rating all of my games and making sure I don't overpraise them. Time to start over. Sweet. |

| Ah, it's just perfect now. I didn't like that there wasn't an option between "Poor" and "Good". They should leave it like this. |

1. Poor 2. Decent 3. Good 4. Very Good 5. Extremely Good 6. Great 7. Very Great 8. Extremely Great 9. Outstanding 10. Outstanding! 11. Very Outstanding 12. Extremely Outstanding 13. All Time Favourite 14. Very All Time Favourite Following logically from their current rating design philosophy. | |

| Do you like my helmet? | Maybe. I'm just making fun of BL's current oddly lopsided system of having 4 options for good games. |

| Do you like my helmet? | Maybe the way they had it set up before. Set up properly, a 4-star system has the perfect amount of leeway. Good, very good. Bad, very bad. Anything more than that is splitting hairs. Which people love to do! So whatever. |

| Mega mole | Good to see a change, I just wish you didn't have to go and rerate everything |

| Do you like my helmet? | I don't mind it. I usually rate stuff as I play it. I'm waiting for the mini-review section to open up so I can add a couple more lines to each game. |

| Mega mole | Are you supposed to list all games on all systems growing up for this backloggery? Or is it mainly for games you currently have or have had on previous systems that don't date back in the late 70s and early 80s? |
| | |
| | #554 |
| Mega mole | I only do games I currently own... I won't even bother listing borrowed/rented games, let alone those I've owned in my youth. However, what you want to list on your BL is totally up to you. I mean, seeing as there are some people who consider just beating a game as a master run, it's pretty open in terms of how you use BL. |

| I only list 1. Wii Games 2. Virtual Console Games and 3. WiiWare Games on my Backloggery. I could have also listed my 4. GB 5. GBA 6. DS 7. SNES 8. N64 9. Gamecube 10. Mac 11. PC and 12. Mobile games collections.. but.. just kein Bock! Of course I own all games in their original and/or official and/or legal form. I don't list games that aren't in mint condition (where I have no box and/or manual). Fortunately all my games are in mint condition. I see Backfoggery has a feature for borrowed/rented games but I don't use it. Why should I? I can't imagine someone being interested in it. And for me it's useless. I never rent games anyway. I just buy everything I want. And if I sell or give away games I remove them from my backloggery. Last edited by SKTTR; 3rd March 2010 at 09:29 PM. |

| Personally, I list down everything for my Backloggery. Games I've owned, pre-owned, borrowed/rented, or even emulated. My Backloggery is my own personal reminder so I can look back and see what I had done and accomplished. |

| So, I updated my backloggery...finally. First update since November I think! Not sure If I dig the new theme though, I'll probably adjust later when I have more time.

| Mega mole | That's what I'm doing too (games I currently and formerly owned on my current systems...that I can remember). I honestly couldn't list every game I've ever had seeing how I've been playing games since Pong and owned a multitude of games over the years...had triple digits in Atari 2600, NES, SNES, and Genesis (with 32x and CD), my PSOne, PS2 (going on 9 years owned), not to mention the many Wii and GCN games....see? Too many to remember... |
