...Seeing as they will be only releasing games that require little to no translation at all, I'd say these could be good candidates:
SNES: -Super Bomberman 5: Arguably the best BomberMan for the SNES. -Shubibinman Zero: Sequel to Shockman, great Megaman-ish action game for 2 player (I'd download it right away if it was released). -Super Bombliss: It's already fully in English. -Wrecking Crew '98: Since they've released Mario no Super Picross, this is a very possible future release. It's basically a competitive puzzle version of the original game (which it also includes). -Bombuzal: Nice European puzzle game, with very little text in Japanese. -Panel de Pon: AKA the original Puzzle League. I was surprised they didn't release it this year, seeing as how it has an English option and all. NES: -VS Excitebike: A 1 or 2 player version of the game, completely in Englich. -Splatterhouse Wanpaku Graffiti: Super-Deformed sequel to the Namco title, I think only the ending is in Japanese. -Yume Penguin Monogatari: Great platformer/shooter hybrid featuring Konami's penguin mascot Pentarou (you might have seein him in the Parodius games already). In this game, he must stay fit before dating his girlfriend or else she'll go out with the bad guy. It has little text in Japanese, and it's not needed in order to progress once you know the game's objective. -Ninja Kun, Ninja Kun Ashura no Sho: Other JajaMaru titles, not too great but they don't require Japanese knowledge. PCE: -Squeek: Another European action-puzzler released in Japan only. -Momotaro Katsugeki: Fun platformer where the text isn't really needed, prequel to Momotaro Thunderbolt (for Game Boy). MegaDrive: -DokiDoki Penguin Land MD: The best conversion of this classic game. Only the text screen before the game starts would need to be translated, but the game's concept is simple enough not to need it. -Pepenga Pengo: No Japanese text as far as I know, except for the "Pepenga" in the title screen. -Sonic Eraser: Lame puzzle game, but Japanese knowledge isn't really needed. So they'll probably release it once they run out of Sonic games (soon). Mega-CD: -The NinjaWarriors: Best home conversion of this game. Can you think of more possible titles? I just want all those downloadable SNES-sequels to Mario's Super Picross. ^^
...and why offer Panel de Pon if we can get Tetris Attack? It's the same game, just minus cute little girls plus Yoshi and some cute little creatures. |

We've had one Treasure N64 game, I'd love to see the other JP-only one, Bangai-O

Great idea for a topic.
I would add a couple more from Japan, all on SNES: - Tetris Battle Gaiden (mostly in English already) - Legend of the Mystical Ninja 2 (though it could use a bit of translation) - Umihara Kawase But with the example of Gradius 3 in mind, there's some US games I'd love to see that never made it out in Europe (leaving aside the obvious ones that everybody is hoping for, i.e Super Mario RPG, Chrono Trigger & FF3), namely: - SoulBlader (SNES) - S.O.S (Septentrion in Japan) (SNES) - Ogre Battle: March of the Black queen (SNES) - Ogre Battle 64: Persons of Lordly Caliber (N64)

The entire Soul Blazer trilogy was released in Europe.
Yeah, I'd love to see the remaining SNES Goemon games, especially 2, my personal favourite. Wrecking Crew '98 I don't really see appearing, as it includes the original game. Unless they cut it out. |

Quote:
Plus, they've already released two identical games with a different skin, anyway (Mean Bean Machine and Kirby's Ghost Trap/Avalanche). |

For the next Europe/Australia ones: (Two+)
NES: Parodius SNES: Parodius Da! Gokujo Parodius! Jikkyo Oshaberi Parodius Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars Chrono Trigger Panel de Pon TurboGrafx-CD: Castlevania: Rondo of Blood N64: Doshin the Giant (First Version, obviously) Custom Robo Custom Robo V2 Tetris 64 Bomberman 64 (Japan only, Hudson published version) EDIT: For America's (eventual) first Hanabi Festival, I'd say the following would come around: NES: Ninja Ja-JaMaru Kun Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels Famicom Grand Prix II: 3D Hot Rally SNES: Mario & Wario N64: Doshin the Giant As you can see, I think the US Hanabi Festival should be different. The only thing that would make tetris attack licesnced is the name, they could easily change that to puzzle league or something.
