Is this coming to the North American VC anytime soon? I'm sure no one can answer that with any certainty, but I would really love to add this to my collection of Soldier games on my Wii.

The ESRB rated it, so I would assume yes. They've also rated Gley Lancer and Break In. No Cho Aniki, Gradius II, Star Parodier and Digital Champ yet.
