Default What exactly do the remote jackets do?

The obvious guess would be to protect it, but can you still hook up the classic controller to it, does it block any parts for connections?

I think it's to make it more comfortable to hold as well as protecting it.

Probably yes, plus they're free. I'll get anything if it's in anyway worthwhile if it's free...

Well Its free Its safer, and supposed to be comfier. Also on the back there's a flap for when you put in your classic controller or whatever.

That's where the wrist strap is supposed to come in. Nevertheless, people are still going to hold the controller without the strap on with the jacket on the controller. I know I probably will.

It doesn't block any button, speaker, pointer or connection. Ive actually seen a set-up of the jacket with the nun-chuk attached. So no worries

They protect your tv, stereo, speakers and unlucky people around you. Not only do they do that. They do so much more. LIKE!

Looking insanely gumpy.
Making you feel like an Idiot when someone sees you playing with a big protective aperatus on a piece of hardware that is ALREADY strapped to your arm and firmly gripped in your hand! =P

Obviously I got my Sleeves today. Im not impressed but hey its free.

As expected Nintendo of Europe are taking ages to send them out. I haven't even got my e-mail saying they've sent it so I'm still waiting.

So I have a couple of questions. Does it feel any more/less comfortable than before? And, it looks like you can't press the power button with the jackets on, is that true?

My 4 came today, I have 2 remotes but might get another couple eventually so I decided to get 2 extra. I'm finding them quite comfortable actually, though they are quite bulky. Yes you have to press the power button through the jacket but it isn't hard to do at all.
