| The Usual Suspect - 8/10 A little slow, but still a good movie, and nice plot twist. |

| Lemmy Koopa | 88 minutes - surprisenly a very good movie. It has quite a bit of suspense and you'll never know what and when It'll happen. 8.5/10.

| Lakitu | Pulp Fiction - 10/10 One of my favorite movies. Has been for a long time. It is bliss every time I watch it... Sublime cinematography, the best ensemble cast of all time, and biting dialogue. Good ****. Everyone should watch.

| Cloverfield Interesting; few times I had to rewind to see 'what was happening?' Also, the creature was, at the very least, original. Other than that, cheesy. 7/10 |

| Fight Club - 8/10 Very well done, but unfortunetly I heard about the twist ending before I saw it. I'm sure I might've given the movie a higher rating if I hadn't known what was coming all along. |

| Lakitu | Seriously, who doesn't know the end to fight club? I haven't even seen it and I do. It's like Aeris dying or something. It's just a part of life I guess. Kind of a bummer that the knowledge of both are so widespread.

| Last movie I saw...I think may have been Semi-Pro. Kind of a stupid movie, but some parts were funny. I guess I give it a B-.

Blog Entries: 14 | The Forbidden Kingdom; on a scale of badgers to bagels, I give it a score of hilarity. Actually went to the theatres to watch it--the last movie I saw in a theatre was Snakes on a Plane several years ago (I'd give it a Samuel L. Jackson out of 10, three thumbs up and highly recommend!). |

| I, Robot I, give it 8/10. Will Smith is a solid actor and the movie really says a lot about how our culture may evolve. Also, its probably the only movie I have seen that doesn't get technology laughably wrong.

| Who Killed the Electric Car - 5/10 I was a little let down by this doc. I really thought it would be better then it was. I thought they left out too many facts. After I watched it I felt like they didn't tell me anything that I didn't already know. One thing that came out of watching this is the fact that I now hate GM with a passion. |

| Saw Iron Man on Saturday night with some friends of mine. We all had a great time, it was a good movie. Plus I don't know if anyone noticed but Iron Man owns a Wii. In the scene where Tony Stark was sitting on his couch watching T.V there was a Wii sitting on his mantle. |

| Back To The Future 1 and 2. (didn't really like the 3rd one) I would give the first one 7/10 (really cool how he comes across his parents in the past and Doc.) I wish I could do that. the second one, I would give it a 8/10 Once again, I liked how they went into the future, and saw themselves, and how everything got screwed up in the present. Good effin' movies. |

| The latest movie I've seen was Edward Scissorhands. 10/10; I love this movie, and Edward is so cute the way he smiles when he has no idea what everyone is talking about. I made a Mii in his likeness to honor him, actually. |

| Speed Racer 8.5/10 This movie is a LOT better than the trailers and Box office numbers have you believe. Go see it if you want a good fun flick. Though I imagine Speed Racer/anime fans will get the most out of it. I'm one of them. It's very faithful to its style and source material. That's probably one reason why its not doing so well financially. |

| Pan's Labyrinth: A Spanish Language film, with subtitles that manages to be incredibly sinister and charming at the same time. Not to spoil too much, but it is set amongst during the Spanish Civil War and bends the line between terrifying fantasy and grim reality very well. The gore factor is pretty high, but if you want to see a great foreign film, you can't go wrong with this one. I do have to say though it is quite a bleak movie, so don't expect it to cheer you up after a hard day. 8/10

| Ed Wood - 8/10 It's sort of a biopic about this transvestite director from the 50s who made crappy movies. What's great about it, though, is Ed, played by Johnny Depp, never loses confidence in himself, no matter how bad things get. And in that way, it's almost like a satire as well. Definetly Tim Burton's best. |

| Do you like my helmet? | Who Killed the Electric Car? 9/10 Good, interesting documentary. Scores high because it definitely accomplished its purposes (making me want an electric car, and making me sad that they were killed). Also has better objectivity than any Michael Moore pseudocumentary (though consequently less "funny"). Definitely worth a watch if you like this kind of informative stuff. |

WKEC was cool in the sense that before I saw this doc, I had know clue that the EV1 even existed....the most shocking info was that it existed in the late 90's. GMC could have been light years past the compitition if they would have stuck with the EV1. | |

| Okay, just watched: Cloverfield. 8/10. It was exactly what I thought it was going to be, but a good deal better than I thought it was going to be. Tension was sustained well throughout and it had a good real-time feeling despite not actually being in real time. Alien Vs. Predator: Requiem. 2/10. Exactly as bad as I thought it would be, while still managing to be better than the first one. The plot and characters are impossible to care about and the action scenes are so dark as to be indecipherable, I guess to cover up the crappy, bargain-bin CGI. The Golden Compass. 4/10. Interesting to look at, good effects, but the story just sort of meanders toward no real conclusion or payoff. Obviously they were setting up a series; trouble is, if the first film isn't entertaining, you don't get to make the rest of the series. The Mist. 6/10. All the stuff about the mist itself, its monsters, its mysterious origins was interesting and compelling. All the stuff about the social relationships, arguments, religious cultism, etc. between the human characters was preachy and tedious. The ending would've had more impact if I wasn't already thorougly annoyed by every character in the movie. |

| Do you like my helmet? | The Eye, 5/10 Unoriginal non-scary horror/thriller. This had a pretty lame story, bad stock characters, and very cheap scares. It only scores as high as it does because it's not a straightforward antagonist-driven thriller (more of a mystery) and there are a few interesting concepts that had potential (but weren't explored in more detail). But by the same token, it loses points for not knowing what kind of movie it wants to be. |
