| I also saw I Am Legend awhile back. Highlite for megahappytimes spoiler fest: I don't see why he just HAD to blow himself up at the end. It would've been just as easy to throw it and forget it and get the **** outta there. Good movie though, the dog dies, Snape kills Dumbledore. End of spoilers. Edit: 8/10

| The movie is not scary nor is it meant to be. It's a thriller, not a horror. The only part that should give "the shivers" is when [highlite for spoiler] Will Smith goes into the dark building after his dog and sees all of the infected people huddled together. This is where a lot of tension builds up. [End of spoilers].

Blog Entries: 9 | Resident Evil: Extinction gets a big "MEH!" from me. It was an okay watch for relaxing after a long day at work, but as forgettable as anything. I think I'd feel ripped off if I payed more than the dollar I spent for the rental. And Wesker's "re-imagined" role in the movie... WTF, mate?!? I'm having much better hopes for RE: Degeneration, the upcoming CG movie.

![]() Anyway, it is his opinion and he already has watched them if he's rating what they're like. Doesn't matter anyway though, you won't reply to this comment just like you didn't to any other replies people made to your comments in other threads. | |

| I'm suprised at the many positive reviews of I am Legend. I've been disappointed by Will Smith's recent works (I Robot, Men in Black 2, etc.)but I think I'll have to see I am Legend soon, though. |

Anyway, just saw Pulp Fiction. This movie is hilarious. HILARIOUS. I can't believe I haven't seen it. Samuel Jackson has some of the most hilarious and clever dialog I've seen in a movie for awhile and of course, everybody's acting is wonderful in the movie. Everybody is really in character. Watch it. 9/10

| Bullet Bill | TRANSFORMERS 10/10 Amazing story, fantastic effects, its not confusing, has a perfect balance of action and story ( not too much love-ey bits and not too much of lets blow the crap out of everything) And anyone who disagrees by saying ahhh it was confusing and the such, seriously? u kidding me? it very easy too follow. |

| That might be because the story was very minimal and simple.

| You know, everyone else but me seems to like this movie. I mean, I think I'm the only person on earth who awarded this movie a 7.5/10. I think the storyline was a little flawed, and the runtime could've been cut down considerably. I mean, that scene where they all escape on the boat was really unneccessary, and felt like a deleted scene you'd pull up on the DVD. I don't know. Maybe I'm crazy, but I just think this movie was just decent and not overly great. |

| i like the movie (coockoo's nest) because it looks like it could have been real ... or... maybe it even is a real story. it's not the best movie that's ever been directed and it has flaws (like all them getting drunk and forget to escape wtF) but it's the only movie that shows how people were treated in the lobotomy-sanitariums of the 60ies in the USA. i believe this movie tells more truth than you could find anywhere else about this particular topic. And yeah PLANET TERROR is the cult zombie film of the 21st century. the best and funniest splattermovie ever.. |

| The Deer Hunter. A veritable power-house of acting talent, with both De Niro and Christopher Walken. Ever so slightly ponderous in places, but if you can make it through the first hour without your attention wandering, the rest of the film will reward your patience. I swear the box said that it won an Oscar for the sound, but frankly it's the only film where I've actually noticed how poor the sound editing was, so I guess all the other films from 1978 must've been even worse... The Russian roulette sequences are genuinely tense and gripping, and you'll see exactly why De Niro won't be remembered for Analyze This when history looks back at his career... 7/10

| Elephant Man's pretty swell, though I wouldn't say it's his best by a long shot. Almost seems too conventional for Lynch. But I do agree that it could be recommended to just about anyone, unlike Lynch's other works. Last movie I watched was Pat Garrett & Billy the Kid. I think I've come to the conclusion I don't like Western flicks too much, but I really enjoyed the acting (especially to see a rather worthless character played by Bob Dylan!). | Banzai Bill | Being that The Elephant Man is based on a true story I think Lynch was forced to be reserved and not go all "eraserhead" on it. The story was fine the way it was without too many abstract-isms. Cloverfield - 6.9/10 This film should really come with a motion sickness warning. I didn't get dizzy, but someone in the theater threw up. The film had about 3 or 4 really good scenes and the rest was ho-hum. |
