Question doom 64
does anybody have any idea if doom 64 is going to be released on the virtual console??

Midway is supporting the VC and the game is licensed, add the sloOw N64 release schedule to the mix.

Dont hold your breath for it i guess.

Its another case of Nintendo needing to give us more 3rd Party games. Once they do, expect this eventually.

Wouldn't it be up to ID as well? iirc they refused to support the VC

Regardless, I want Doom 64. I don't want to have to use the PC fan-made port just to experience this.

I believe Midway has developer and publisher credit on DOOM 64, so it would have to be run by them as well.

Who knows the games vc release might be DOOMED ?

But still i got games that i want to be released on the VC (cough)Mario Paint(cough) .

Another thought: Universal Pictures must have acquired some stake in the licence in order to make their movie version. I don't know how this would affect a VC release, but it could.
