Default Diddy Kong Racing

Sorry if this has already been covered, but I was curious if any news of DKR ever came about. I just recently got a Wii and have been all over the VC already, but with the news of probably no Goldeneye and the news that Rare seems to be all over the XBox Live Arcade for the older games things aren't looking too hot on the surface

Since the original game contains Conker and Banjo, plus it was released on the DS with the characters taken out; I wouldn't expect this game to come to the VC at all.

Sucks to hear... I knew they're re-released it on DS, but had no idea they took those two characters out. That definitely makes things look very grim.

I think there's still hope for DKR. Look at Mario 64, they re-released it on DS and it still came to VC. I see no reason why Nintendo wouldn't release it (taking out Conker and Banjo, or course).

Plus, a lot of people thought the DS version sucked.

I think we ll see it, just proberly not this year. Once the DS version has bitten the dust, they proberly think of releasing it on the VC. Afterall, Wave Race proved that Ninty can edit liecenced stuff out. Whos to say they can't replace/removing those 2 characters?

Well let's just hope that's the case, because DKR has always been one of those games I can always come back to. I can't get enough of the single player adventure.
