I've noticed a little discrepancy on the VC - Cybernator was published by Konami in the west, but is listed as published by Hudson Soft on VC. There may be a few methods behind this madness:
  • The game was developed by NCS (Nippon Computer Systems) Corporation.
  • In Japan, the game was published by Masiya, the publishing arm of NCS Corp.
  • Hudson Soft (I assume) own the assets of NCS Masiya.
  • Hudson Soft are owned by Konami.
It's a conspiracy, I tell you!

Weird. I always thought it was a Konami game.
Was surprised when seeing HUDSON SOFT as the publisher now.
It seems some franchises changed their publishers.
