Classic Controller Top Button ??

What does the top middle button do on the classic controller ? when i press it, two clamps come down on the back of the Classic Controller but i don't know what those do. Anyone know ?

I guess you could clip something on it, but to my knowledge nothing has been anounced that is compatible with it. Probably some future release?

Well here in North America you can buy a thing where you put it on to the back of the classic controller it's so you have somewhere to hlod it just like game cube the things your hands go around I think that goes to the back.

taht's athird party thing, Maybe Nintendo will do something like that, I would prefer it to be for rumble and save paks though.

So we could get ghosts on mario kart.

I think Nintendo will come out with a thing that lets you hook the Wiimote to the back of the Classic controler that way the player will control the game using the Classic Controler but still have pointing abilities. Maybe this would come in handy on games where its up to the player to pick which style controler they use (Super Smash Bros. Brawl).

That exactly what I was thinking. Also, perhaps it could clip to a microphone accessory...ODAMA REVIVAL!!

I have heard that eventually you will be able to attach the wiimote to the classic controller and the wiimote will act as a sort of rumble pack, allowing force feedback in certain VC games.
