Tempted to buy this just for weirdness sake, but 900 points for a Turbografx game means I'll have to think about it. Whether this game is good or not it's a good thing to see more unusual Japanese games making it to VC outside of Japan.

Is it just me or is the soundtrack from the clip a bit like Civ 2?

Word of advice: don't buy the game just to listen to the funky soundtrack; there is no option anywhere in the game that lets you do that.
