Question regarding Streets of Rage series. I want to download one of the two, but im not sure which is the one I played back in the day with my cousin. All the information I have to go by is that i remember fighting some sort of wolf/beast boss early on in the game.

Hmmmm, I am not sure I remember a wolf-beast. in SOR2 there is a sort of Blanka style beast.

The easy way to tell which one you played is were you able to summon a police car as your special move? That was only available in SOR1

Forget nostagia anyway, SOR2 is by far the better purchase imho

The man speaks the truth. SoR2 is the best of the series, and one of the best games available for the Mega Drive. Even today, I play through it about once a week!

Wolf/beast boss? Maybe you mean the Freddy Krueger guy of stage 2 of the original. He also looks a bit like wolverine.
