he pretty much just lied to Nintendo and the system on where he lives by changing his info from true to false.

according to his credit card company (if he has one)...he is an illegal alien lol. i don't think anything would happen though. i have a dvd player from europe that plays dvd's that wouldnt play in an american one.

however, he is using american currency over seas without going through the government. that is against the law, and i wouldnt recommend doing it, especially with a credit card
