Default Who is better? (music)

Hey guys, this may seem really random but me and my friend always have a debate about which one is better. I would really appreciate if you cud vote and then comment why you voted on this. Which band is more legendary or better. The reason needs to be clear, eg. no , i vote for (whatever one you voted for) because they are the only ones i have heard. If you have heard neither type their a-s-s into youtube and hear songs from both bands. I really want to nail this guy is the augment because he is so c-o-ckey over the fact he thinks he is always right. I stand for NIN as i think they are superior, they have been going for longer, and have a much more wide range of music. There industrial grind sounds are amazing and Renzor is a legend. Thanks you all so very much for this, Wiping the floor with this guy and screaming OWNED at him wud be so amazing.

Get voting and remember that it is your view with a reason, Dnt just go with what i or anyone else think.

TY

I don't know about Modest Mouse, but Reznor is the worst heroin addict musician of all times.

Modest Mouse ftw. Reznor hasn't made a decent album since Pretty Hate Machine (and damnstraight that includes both The Downward Spiral and Year Zero, which was more kitsch rock opera than proper album). And neuzd is right, too much of his output is influenced by narcotics...

The Moon and Antarctica is unlikely to be bettered by Modest Mouse, though The Lonesome Crowded West and Good News for People Who Love Bad News were good too. The new album is too sell-out pop for me, so that gets a thumbs down.

Of course, Neutral Milk Hotel's In The Airplane Over The Sea is better than all of the above.

I hate NIN.. a friend of mine sent me a track from Year Zero and it sounded like a poor man's drunken industrial with the batteries dying on his synthesiser. I havent heard MM but I doubt they can be a s dire as NIN
