One of the most fricking awesome games around. Great to play with a mate, tons of references to classic horror flicks and cliches, superb soundtrack and a good challenge overall.

If there's any game I want to see on the VC any time soon, it's definitely this one. My most anticipated title now that Super Ghouls n Ghosts has already been released.

How about you guys? What's your most memorable moments from the game? For me, it's those little Chucky-like dolls with their creepy laughter... and of course, the giant baby. :D

Mine is running from those Lumberjacks with Jason Voorhees masks and saving the cheerleaders from the aliens!

I love the giant baby! Favorite level is probably the first snakeoids level.

I love the giant baby! Favorite level is probably the first snakeoids level.

I have the Genesis/Megadrive version. I recall it having better tunes, and near arthritic control (ughh Snakeoids). Still Godly. Zeke is metal. The game is hysterically good sh-t.

Fun fact: only us Europeans got lumberjacks because somebody decided it was a good idea to censor it. The Jason wannabes in the US and Japan versions actually hold a chainsaw in their hands (whose sound effect really sets the mood, by the way).

I still wish somebody found a way to load the (faster and not-so-censored) US versions in the PAL systems.

I'm really anticipating and hoping that the OFLC rates this game soon. C'mon guys, make my dreams of seeing this game on VC come true. :)

There's been elevenish films, so I'd be very surprised if Jason hasn't used a chainsaw in at least one of them!

Yeah its one of the greatest games ever. and the music was absolutely perfect for playing in the dark. MUAHHHHH...but i couldnt ever beat can someone tell what the last level is? i think ive gotten to level like 50 or 60 maybe. the part were you have to kill a gaint spider or something ( cant remember)

the game has 55 levels.
the spider was spoilymoily the pretty much last boss.

oh yeah. sorry about that i guess i got carried away. so 55 levels but cant you go to more levels or is that the end? anyways i cant wait for to come to the VC.

No, there isn't more..
After you beat the last boss in level 55 the game is over.
There are 4 hidden bonus levels though.
