Yoshi's Story

what do you all think of this game? i remember when i was 5 or 6 playing it all the time and loving it. i lost it or sold it when i was like 8. but last year i was in a hotel where you can rent games for an hour and i played it again. it seemed really bad and not at all like i remembered it. compared to yoshi's island it kind of sucked. i probably will buy it if it comes to the vc tho, just for the memories and stuff. i saw the main site said "strong rumour." any idea when this might come to the vc?

I too have heard talk about Yoshi's Story coming to VC. It'll probably be here in a few months, since not many games are announced to come to the N64 on VC.

this game was cool when it came out and I was younger..

but it is PURE TRASH now. I will never buy this game if it's on the VC. I recently sold my cart copy too.

I'd prefer to see Yoshi's Island for SNES VC. That was a superb game, and I never managed to finish it first time around.

I've finished Yoshi's Island on the SNES and the GBA, and I'd damn sure buy it again if it came out on the VC. It's that good.

Still, though I accept the inferiority of Yoshi's Story in comparison, it's a really charming game that I didn't have the opportunity to play much when I was younger. So I'd certainly download that too.

Hear, hear! They re-released a lot of good SNES games on GBA, I wonder if that will affect how long (if ever) it takes for them to get to the VC?

I don't think it will because super mario world, Donkey kong country and a link to the past were all realeased on gba and are on vc

I'm undecided as of right now if I want to download Yoshi's Island. I wasn't crazy about it when I played the GBA port.
