Wii gets dusty/dirty?

ive had my wii for a little over a week and it is pretty dirty and i have no idea why. its out in the open for the most part, my 360 is 7-10 inches away from it and they are never on at the same time.

is there some sort of film on the wii when you first get it that you have to remove or something? because i looked for something and cant find anything. or does the wii just normally get very dirty just like how the PS3 does.

any suggestions on what to use to clean it then?

Hmm thats odd, I've had my wii since march and it's never gotten dusty. My advice, clean your room?:) But really its not normal to be like that, it's not a game cube

for the most part my room is pretty clean... could be from having my fan on at nights, idk. its just weird... its not dust either, its more like dirt smudges.

Dirt smudges? Maybe it's the dust the 360 creates with all that air movement (My PC creats tons of those, but else is clean).
