Yesterday I saw there was an update available for Super Mario Bros.
Does anyone know what this update does?
Maybe it has someting to do with a fix for the component cable (interlacing mode).

Another one? Or was it the update that came out ages ago?

They really need to tell us what the update does before we are prompted to download it. Like the Star Fox 64 one in NA for instance. That was a joke! I'm scared to update my VC games just because of what went down with that.

Agree, even little(generalized) info is better than nada. I like to see that they did "fix".

I think the update sorted some control response issues. There seemed to be the very very slightest delay between pushing the jump button and Mario actually jumping on screen which never happened on the NES version. I feel it is better now since update, I could be just imagining things but I'm pretty sure I feel a difference...:)Yesterday I saw there was an update available for Super Mario Bros.

This could also be your TV-set, cos we all think it's the interlaced mode.
