No, you re not seeing things, there was a port of SFA 2 on the SNES. It was one of the last SNES games to be released.

So, do you think we ll see it on the VC? We ve seen 2 SF2 games already, with the Super one rated too, and its a pretty close port. Plus we re hardly going to see the Saturn, PS1 or arcade versions anytime soon...

I loved this port. Only problem was a tiny bit of slowdown (it's a SNES, come on!)

NOTE: 1996? Not really the last, but quite close. It ended in 1999.

I think, after Super Street Fighter II (SNES) and maybe Street Fighter II C.E. (MD) are out, there's Street Fighter Alpha 2 (SNES) coming.

Yeah, of course! It will come. And many people missed it the first time around. It's the Special Street Fighter game! Because it's very different compared to the other three.

Capcom has never really rereleased demakes (have they?). I'd be interested for this if it came out, because demakes are awesome! :D

Well that is a licensed game so there are difficulties so as TMNT but that managed to make it to Virtuan Console .

And we've NEVER gotten a good licensed game on teh Virtual Console.
