Downloaded this and played for about 20 minutes, looks very good for an N64 game and supports 480p on VC as well.

Just one question, the voice acting is in English (and it's pretty bad), and there are Japanese subtitles. Does anyone know if it was like this in the original game, or has it been re-dubbed for the VC release? It would surprise me if is has, but it also surprises me that it was in English in the first place.

Yeah, original game had English voices with Japanese text as well.

Yeah it was like that. But the VC version has had some translations done to some text. Read the description on VC to find out what. All i can remember right now is the menu has been translated but there was something else too.
