I have download it and love it, but theres one problem, I bulid C zones for people to work in but i dnt see a money increase on my side, also when i build roads near C zones people can get into work jsut like that can they?

Also any tips on railway building and how to make more money fast?

I also dnt understand tax, I need it explained!!!

I would be very grateful for any help

In pretty much all of the SimCity games commercial zones always take longer to build up, so it's no surprise that the return is next to nill in the beginning. Industy is a must in the beginning to boost your economy, even if it creates a lot of pollution.

As for taxes I couldn't say right now. I haven't played the original SimCity in at least thirteen years - when I started to play SimCity 2000 (still the best SimCity in my mind; the ones after that just made the game way too complicated for the sake of making it complex). I've thought about downloading it, but I'm still unsure.

All zones need to be connected with transportation(one of the 4 sides). If you build railroad you save the traffic jams and extra pollution. If the I or C zone is connected with transportation to R's they get jobs. Taxes is % of "something magic" based on population. Dont set % to high or ppl will complain and move. As for getting money build the bank and take loans, or just save up each year's taxes. The deleveling of building happens when the landvalue decreases(they usually want to live at high landvalue spots), pollution and crime is usually to blame i think. So keep R's out of the pollution of I's and build Police stations ;). Gifts helps landvalue/population rise too (the zones close to it).
