A probably crap Mega CD game I've forgotten the name of...

It had a spacey theme, it started with a flying section until you get to a space station place. I then remember there being 3 things you had to do in any order, like defeating this boss. It definitely involved shooting.
The memory of it is just so vague, but I really want to remember what it is so I can watch a video or something.
Sorry to make a thread about it, it's just been bugging me.

Does anyone actually know what it could be from the vague description? If not, then don't worry.

Another space & shooting themed game for the Mega CD is Silpheed. You might also want to check this one if Soul Star isn't the game you're looking for.

My guess would be Silpheed, as it was the more well known Mega CD shooter, so more likely to be the one you encountered. And it was a pretty good game too, unlike most of the Mega CD releases.
