Well, no. But, this is IGN we're talking here, they speculate a lot.

I mean, they gave SMG a date of June 1? Wth?

It could come out in Europe before the U.S. but IMO that doesn't seem likely

I'm not really fussed on getting this on launch anymore. Unless I have a job by the time it comes out, I'll give it a miss and wait for chistmas.

Give me back my Shellos!!! :PXD, well I just prefer Ocarina of Time 3D to Wind Waker 3D. The Wind Waker always seemed a lot less serious than the others too, and I just couldn't get into it.

Here's some reviews of the import. I'd say there isn't much to worry about if the import reviews for Phantom make up the highest composite score for the English DS library.
