Does anyone remember the game The Ninja? This was one of my favorite SMS games. It's a little different than the arcade version, mainly the main character became a male in the SMS version.

Has anyone heard if this may hit the Virtual Console?

I'd also like to see the game Asteriods on the VC as well.

I don't know if anything's been confirmed but I think this is likely to come out on VC some day, it's a Sega game so there's no reason it shouldn't. It's on the PlayPal Portable (retro handheld with pre-loaded games) as well.

I couldn't get into it when I played it, maybe I should give it another go.

What is the playpal Portable? I can't seem to find info. on it. I didn't know they had a portable system that can play sega master system games. I know there is the NOMAD for Sega Genesis games.

Astro Warrior (I assume that's what you mean) is on the Playpal as well and will also hopefully come to VC. I did a review of the Playpal Portable in the retro section.
