Memory Stick is a removable flash memory card format, launched by Sony in October 1998, and is also used in general to describe the whole family of Memory Sticks.

Do you mean Sony's creation?

If so, I'm afraid you are out of luck as far as first party support is concerned. There may be a third-party device to do this, but I think it is very unlikely as different manufacturers card types are generally considered incompatible. Although in theory, I doubt such a device would be too hard to make.

Sony and proprietary formats, man... Why can't they EVER play nice with the industry standard?

It's probably easier and cheaper to just get an SD card and transfer the files from your memorystick through your PC.

Unfortunately I've never heard of a Memory stick/SD adapter, so I think your out of luck there. However, you can usually find a 1 Gb SD card for around $10 (US), so you don't have to throw out tons of money to upgrade your Wii's memory.

Eww sony and formats :P You will get away cheaper with a brand new SD'card that i see you got...
As for trasportation from MemStick to SD can you use your PC as a host?
Free version tip: If you got other stuff that runs on SD and connects to it... Or you prolly have a friend with a device that does?
Creds using tip: something like this (random link btw) http://www.picstop.co.uk/Memory-Stick-Reader/Kingston-15-In-1-Hi-Speed-Card-Reader-Writer (just ask your local Hardware shop for a: Memory Card Reader/Writer that supports MemStick and SD and usb connection to your pc)
