It is very sad that this port of a PS1 RPG wasn't given way more attention when it was released onto the Game Boy Advance. So... does anyone here have it besides me? What do you think of it?

Lunar Legend tops the charts as my Number 1 GBA game...

I didn't know it was a Lunar remake. I thought it was a new terrible installment in the series.

I don't have it but I have played it on the computer. Simple gameplay but very good. A bit short, though. The last boss could be a challenge with those powerful attacks. I didn't use the skill that made you take no damage for a while, though.

Yeah, I thought it was a bit easy, but I still overall enjoyed it. BTW, Jogurt, great way to start off the replies. :p

Heh, well, I always avoided it because I thought the series went downhill after Eternal Blue. If this is a remake, then it could be worth tracking down. I'll read a bit about it.

I've got it, but haven't played it yet. It's a remake of Silver Star, right?

I've heard complaints that it changes too much from the original, but I never played the original. I heard the same complaints about the PSX Eternal Blue, and I enjoyed that game just fine.

Yup, that's right.

So you said it's a port of a PS1 game. I take it that means, even with the differences, it's closer to the PS1 "complete" than to the original version?

Yeah its pretty much a simplified version of Lunar Silves Star Story Complete.
And I agree it was unfairly overlooked...although to be honest I'd rather just play the Ps1 version than this one. The gameplay in this one was just to simple. I was really playing it for the (excellent) story.

Speaking of lunar, has any one played the ds one? I haven't really heard anything about it.

I've only heard bad things about it, so I've avoided it. I've only heard bad things about every Lunar game past Eternal Blue (except for the PS1 remakes).

The thing that kills the entire game, for me, is that you can't target enemies. You can enter commands, but your characters just go willy-nilly attacking enemies however the hell they feel like. Holy ****, does that ruin combat!
