i just reckon i'll regret sending it back, even though i prob won't ever play it, you never know what you have until it's gone...

Sonic Mega Collection - Sonic 3 & knuckles FTW, forget buying them all seperate and overpriced on VC

Sonic Gems Collection - Sonic CD is overrated to me

SSX Tricky - Hasnt held us as well as i remember and the framerate is choppy as hell

Super Smash Bros Melee - My favourite but can u beleive none of my friends like playing it, so i have to play is alone most of the time which gets old quick

Dragonball Z Budokai 2 - Was fun the first day, havent picked it up since

Gave the rest to my little brother with my gamecube since i got my Wii

I've also got the Mega Man Anniversary Collection, but it no longer works on my PAL Wii since Nintendo updated the Firmware to block my Freeloader. I got all of 1 hour's play on it before they did that, and now I can't decide whether to keep my dusty old gamecube just to play this, or just sell it and buy the games on the VC.

The three being Mario bros 2 USA, mario land 1 and Mario sunshine? fair enough.

PN03 wasn't a perfect game, alot of people tried to take it as a adventure game or a short metroid-esque game but really it was an old school, shoot and dodge 3D shooter, which played well, controller well (when you know how to play it properly) and was very fun and addictive.

Yeah, I was torn between getting it or Wind Waker on ebay; But Then I just went with Waker, Because of the fact the Wind Waker is included (Duh) and the Master Quest. Also, I knew we'd see Majora's Mask at some point, it was really a no brainer.

For around £10 (Mine was free from nintendo and i managed to bag another in gamestation for a couple quid)

Zelda OOT on Virtial console costs £7.50 alone, £7.50 for the 2 NES titles, £7.50 for Majora's mask)
All 50hz too by the way.

Collectors edition is 60hz though. And as soon as you have it, you have quick access to all 4 games. VC requires that you download them (MM isn't even there and probs wont turn up for a while) Which takes up valuable wii storage space (As Nintendo haven't provided another solution yet - SD cards don't count as you can't play games off of them)

I dunno, I still prefer playing the games on the VC. Storage space isn't that valuble, when I finish a game, I just delete it. I wish there was a hard drive option, but there isn't. And I don't really mind if Majora's Mask doesn't come for a while, I hear its great, but a have a mile long backlog of games that I can play until it comes. And playing the Original LoZ with the Wiimote on its side is great.

I finished OOT: Master Quest, but it literally took me years to do. Started off ok, December 2003 - having played most Zelda games to death meant this wasn't overly challenging really - once you're in the Zelda frame of mind, every puzzle becomes fairly straightforward. Especially Master Quest, since so much of the structure is unchanged.

But then, after a couple of weeks I got stuck in the Spirit Temple as an adult - there's a room with 3 exits, and a Song Of Time block with a small crate on top. You're meant to play the Song Of Time a couple of times to make the crate drop down, then grab it and place it on a switch to move on. But could I get it to work? Of course not. Every time I made the SOT block move, the crate would drop into the bottomless pit. Or it land on the SOT block, but a second SOT block above it would stop me from reaching it.

About that time I got Mario Kart and gave up trying. Every once in a while I'd have another go, fail miserably to work it out, and give up in favour of playing something else.

Back in July 2007, I stumbled across a detailed step by step online guide which explained that I apparently had to stand in certain places in the room to move the SOT blocks in certain ways. 1 week later, the whole game was finished. Hurrah!

I only have The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker and Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance, and those are only because I'm a fan of their respective series. I never had a GameCube, so I've just started filling in missing pieces of my gaming puzzle since I got the Wii. ;)

Dude, you must have missed the part where I listed my 2-game collection. ;) I've been trying to go back and find interesting GCN exclusives just so that section of my shelf doesn't feel as lonely. With Skies of Arcadia Legends and The Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition on the way, though, it's starting to get a little better.

Well I mainly like Fighting games like Street Fighter and tekken but I know thats not gonna happen (besides CvsSNK2EO) and the GC pad really isnt suited for it.
Besides fighting games i dont really have a specific genre.
And I dont like RPG's but I do like Zelda lol

What would you guys top 10 or 20 list be, that would give me a better idea of what to go for

Sonic Adventure I'm not sure about, I prefered the 2d ones personally and I have played them on dreamcast and didnt like them.

Well, I live in Brazil, so the only way to gt cheap original games is to wait for a new generation of games to come out :P. That's why I only have 3 Wii Games, and everything else is either downloaded games from the VC (which are quite a deal with the low dollar and everything!) and some used gamecube games I bought online.
