I have a Neo Geo since 2000, and I'm quite happy with it, but alas no Sonic.

I recommend King of Fighters R2 and Gals Fighters, I would like to have a Samurai Shodown and Metal Slug.

It's quite a interessting little mashine, and one of the longest batterylifes I ever witnessed (About 40 Hours).

I wouldnt mind a trade?(only the sonic game, I dont like it very much), but the shipping costs may be more than whats its worth...

I own the Sky Blue Neo Geo Pocket Color with the following games:

Sonic Pocket Adventure
King of the Fighters R2
SNK vs. Capcom: Match of the Millennium
Crush Roller
Baseball Stars
MegaMan Power Fighters (Import)

It is an awesome handheld, but the games are kinda hard to come by. If anyone has the NGPC > Dreamcast link cable and wants to sell it, I've been looking for one for a long time. These games made use of its feature, and I own all four of them, but never was able to try out the link features:

King of the Fighters R2 (NGPC) > King of the Fighters: Dream Match (DC)
SNK vs. Capcom (NGPC) > Capcom vs. SNK (DC)

Yeap, Dreamcast pioneered a lot of gaming tech that was later enhanced on other systems. Here are some examples of things it did first and did decently well at:

-Online gaming built into the console, was revolutionary at the time, and a lot of fun. I still remember the late nights racing on Daytona USA, the endless battles of Phantasy Star Online, and the addictive nature of Bomberman Online and Alien Front Online. That last one was the first console game to have limited voice chat via the Dreamcast Microphone attachment. The Xbox and Xbox 360 have since taken the torch and enhanced online gaming with consoles to levels once thought unreachable.

-Neo Geo Pocket Color > Dreamcast link cable was the first console to link a handheld to a home console for data transfer and moving characters between portable and home versions of popular games. Unique and entertaining, also a feature that Nintendo enhanced and developed further with their Gameboy Advance > Gamecube link feature.

-Analog buttons, the left and right triggers on the Dreamcast controller had a varying degree of reaction in games depending how far you pressed them down. This allowed for better control on racing games, and various other functions in other types of games. A feature that is also available on the Gamecube's shoulder buttons, but best enhanced and developed further with the Playstation 2's Dual Shock 2 controller which had all analog buttons (Except Select and Start obviously).

So, even though the Xbox, Gamecube and Playstation 2 brought a quick end to the Dreamcast early on in that generation of consoles, they all owe some of their greatest features to the pioneering efforts of Sega's Dreamcast console.
