Has Anyone Heard Of Robotrek.

This has to be one of my favorite SNES games just because its just so wierd and strange compared to most RPG games. So i was wandering if anyone has ever heard of it or played it.

Yes, I have played this little funny game.

It was unique RPG where you could custom your own robots.
I would give it another try if that comes out on VC.

But it never had a release in EU. I had to play it with the SNES Fire Adapter.

do you think it actually will come out to VC. seeing as tho most people didnt actually know of this game or at least not the SNES one. (there is a N64 game Robotrek 64) but it was a great game i wish i hadnt lost the cart for it. :(.

1. Robotrek was made by Enix. SquareEnix are onboard the VC, but only with one game (ActRaiser). So there is at least a chance!
Future will show what comes next as I really don't know what SquareEnix are planning for the VC at the moment.

2. It was an US Only game. So the chances for an EU release are slim.

3. There is a pattern behind the VC releases, and it seems to me, that rare games or not so well known games are very likely to be thrown in.
So this is a plus for Robotrek.

RoboTrek...jeez, what an odd RPG this one was...difficult too, at least during the later stages. Never had the Cartridge for it, was limited to ZSNES, but hey, it was something.

I've never even SEEN the cart, actually, although I do know it exists, as there was a bit of a feature in an old Nintendo Power for RoboTrek. Showed the first dungeon or so.

Maybe he would sell Robotrek. But it seems to me, he knows what it's worth today.
