It's definitely one of the better titles for the GC. Shouldn't be too difficult to find.

It's Largo Winch: Empire Under Threat by Ubisoft.
A nice little adventure with a great hacking simulation mode.
And yes, it was the one of the three N64 games with erotic content.

For those who want to know: Geist, Killer7 and this.
