4 stars is too much, even for the first Neo Geo beat'em up.
You know there are loads of fighting games all better than this?
Would you give Samurai Shodown 5 Stars?
Last Blade 6 stars?
Last Blade II 7 Stars?

In my opinion you get better graphics, better music, more fighters, and a cheaper game with Street Fighter II on SNES.
