Today I got me Kawashima 2 DS along with Big Brain Academy for Wii. Sorry, I wanted to buy a new Wii Points card, too .. but I wait until Friday, if Dynamite Headdy's out. ;)

More Kawashima 2 is cool. The piano player game is wonderful. The new word and math games really let you think, coin exchange is cool... and there's much more that I need to unlock.

Wii Big Brain Academy is also totally different in all of it's 15 trainings and tests. Both have the graphic style of their predecessors, but they're better. I was surprised that this game only costs €29.95 Got me 5 platinum medals already. Who wants to share his school book with me? post your wii code.

More brain training is great. It's worth buying just for Sudeko and Germ Buster (aka Dr Mario!!)

Great fun. I love the one where you calculate the change! 8)

It's a little strange how you unlock the Dr Mario game. Make sure you read what the doctor says after each test you do!

And yeah, it's really rather good :) I think I prefer it to Brain Training 1, the tasks are a little more fun in this (I love the piano playing as well, but I did used to play the keyboard!)

Brain Training 2 looks alright, but I don't really want to buy another Brain Training game. Does it have the same charts and stuff as the first Brain Training? Is it worth my trading in the first one to get money off the second?
As for Big Brain Academy for Wii, I'll probably get it in a couple of months, when I finally have more money!

Yes, Kawashima 2 has the same charts as Kawashima 1 (every day test and practice with highscore saving) and it's menus are quite the same. The music is remixed and it also has over 100 new Sudoku's.

The picture comparison game got wiped out and made place for a word comparison game.

All of the other old tests made place for new and better ones. So basically this game looks and feels like the old one, but got cool new more complex games.

And before I forget, Big Brain Wii is surprisingly good. I'm playing much more than I thought I would be, it's tremendous fun, and a nice break from the 'BAM! BAM!' nature of traditional games. Plus it's all really nicely presented, and Doctor Lobe is still the madman he was in the DS version!
