Is it Lex Luthor from Superman / Justice League?
Is it Texas Pete from Superted?
Is it Yosemite Sam?
My personal vote goes to the Hooded Claw from Penelope Pitstop...that goon creeped me out.
I may be a little bored at work atm.

Why should it be a poll? Polls aren't necessary for a thread.

Too many options, I merely chose a few....

Skeletor, Mumm-Raa, Megatron the list of villiens is endless.
But Megatron is my fav. Although ne's stupid, he's the one villian who actually had a chance to win, and he had this chance many a time, and he never took it!
Loved that show as a kid, was even sad enough to buy the DVD's to re-live the past, lol.

It's a joke just because Cartman is a more brilliant villain than Saddam.

Good call. One episode: Stan Tenorman Must Die. Says it all. Saddam doesn't have a thing on Cartman.

Indeed, Scott. I'll hang my South Park-loving head in shame for that mistype, and leave it unedited for posterity.

I hope you all know (being british for the most of you) that that episode is inspired by Shakespare's Titus Andronicus.
It's a minor opus but it has been ported to the big screen in an incredible movie by Julie Taymor.
The Stone/Parker version may be less visionary than that of the movie, but it's a masterpiece episode.
[EDIT: sorry if I didn't think about this: the movie is called 'Titus' (1999)]

Indeed...and a great movie to boot! Anthony Hopkins best role...yes, even better than Lecter (Brian Cox was better).
But (back on topic) Cartman would make the best Lecter of all!

Ever seen the South Park episode 'TP'? They did a Hannibal ****take on that. Wasn't Cartman, though, surprisingly (he was in a Godfather homage in the same episode).

I don't know if he counts per se, since he appeared more in comics than in cartoons, but my favourite villain has to be Venom from the Spiderman series
