*blinks* ... *blinks again*

It only powered a plethora of arcade cabinets in the '90s. I've only ever managed to get my hands on the actual home console in a store once, years ago.

Um... there is Riding Hero which is a bit like Super Hangon. The original hardware had a link-up option so two consoles (or two arcade cabinets) could be connected together for head to head gaming (might have even been more than two consoles or cabinets).

From what I remember, it really wasn't very good.

Other than that, um.. there is Neo Drift Out which was top down rally type racing game, Overtop and Thrash Rally which were both top down racing games. Never seen Overtop or Neo Drift Out but from what I have read they both have better graphics than Thrash Rally.

trash rally looks like a NES game with more colors and some Mode 3(Zooming/scaling) effects. Also it's not that great gameplay wise. Avoid it at all costs.

The NeoGeo is not exactly famous for it's racing games.

The best is "Overtop". It's also top-down view but looks REALLY nice and plays great. I will download it in a min when it's available here.

Almost as good as "Overtop" is "Neo Driftout". Great racer but a little short.

One more left: Riding Hero
It's a mixture between Racing(sort of like "Super Hang On") and a RPG.
I didn't like it personaly.

That's because the majority of Neo Geo games are fighters. =/

...And puzzle games, we really need some of those released.

Or run-and-guns like Metal Slug and Top Hunter or shmups like Pulstar ;) Other than those already mentioned, Neo Geo isn't exactly known for other genres.

We aren't gonna get any Metal Slugs any time soon, though the anthology is Brilliant, well worth the going orice on ebay. Its really cool, and has great controls with on the side wii mote (although it lacks the Classic option, though it INCLUDES Gamecube option!)

Wait, it lacks CC yet it has GC? o.O That's backwards.

Wii Games weren't supposed to support the Classic Controller, that was only added later by Nintendo, and Metal Slug was released before Nintendo lifted that restriction.

And the Game Cube controller support lacks D-Pad. Only Analog Stick (So NO, no Hori-Pad or RetroUSB).

Still, If You're not happy with ithe Wiimote on it's side, Then your a Purest, lol but thats no bad thing.

But you proabably could use 'The Shaft' If you want a pure arcade experience.
